channel guide stamp

Question

the stamp on the side of my channel guide is 29 9.  i only see the parts listed going up to 2975.  i would think i would need a 2990, no?

Thanks for your question. The 29 9 balance spring is for a sash weight 35-39 lbs. The new spring weight option you would use is 2965. Also double check the metal channel length should be 30". If not send photos of your balance.
