Hi, these are older windows. for one sash, one side needs replacement, for a sperate window two do. I will probably do both and replace bopth sides thouh as that seems better.
let me know if the pics make sense. the actual sash picture is upside down.
The pivoting latch is in the channel currently.
Let me know whatever info I can add. The sash is about 30" tall.

The good news is that we can likely provide you with a suitable replacement for these balances. To confirm, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window channel.
