channel replacement identify part

Dear Swisco customer support,

I am attaching the pictures of channels from another window and the dimensions of window sash in a diagram.

Channel replacement length = 28 inches
Channel replacement width = little more than 1/2 inch
Weight of one window sash = 30lb
Non tilted window

No markings on the channel replacement

Thanks for posting. Your post is a little unclear. Just to confirm, you're saying that the window in question is missing its balances, so you're using these balances from a different window as a reference. Are the two windows identical? If not, what is the visible glass size of the window that uses the 28" balance?

In the meantime, this looks like our Series 350 channel balance. I just want to clear up what length you'll need.
