Hello!
We can help with this, but it will have to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp. That tells us that your balance has a special "washer" that connects the spring and pulley mechanism, which our stock balances lack.
Can you measure the bottom shoe as shown below and write out what you get? Our options are balances with a 1" or 1.088" deep shoe.

There's not a lot of difference between those 2 measurements. But hopefully this picture will show you what size is needed. It looks to me that the measurement is a little over 1 inch. But you're the expert on the place on the curved part you need to measure from. Does this picture help?
