channels needed

A quick learner from Jacksonville says:

Hi

I think its a 351 series but its 12" lomng and according to the info on the website it should be a 1110-1140 but on the channel is written 1210, So i'm not sure

Can you advie please

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Is the metal channel (but not including the nylon attachments) 12" long? If so, it is possible the installer cut the balance down for whatever reason. Fortunately, in that case you would just consider our S351-12. Since we can't rely on the original stamp number in this instance, your best bet would be to weigh the window sash. You can match that precise weight with one of the weight ranges that correspond to different stamp options on the product page.
