I need replacement channel balances (1/2"). The I.D numbers are 2620 and 2820, but I can not tell which top and shoe to use. My windows are Metalite, installed around 1981. Thank you.

We would be happy to research this balance series for you if you cannot identify the needed series on our site, please send detailed photos with measurements.

Looks like our Series 390. The Series 390 is a block and tackle channel balance with Top part 19-002 and bottom shoe 15-001 attached. Now just choose your channel balance length and then stamp option.

Hi---------
I am looking to replace non-tilt channel balances (2420, 2620, 2820) but cannot tell what model number(s) to choose. Can you tell me what tops and shoes I need? Photos are attached, and we will order when we know what we should ask for. Thank you.

They appear to be Series 390 balance attachments.

Thank you for your previous communications. You recommended the 390 Series channel balances for my windows. I am sending a few more photos to check that my tops and shoes are indeed consistent with the 390 Series because my tops appear different from those on your website. Thank you for your help.
