It looks similar to your patriot clip but is smaller so I'm afraid to order the clips if I won't be able to use them.

Looking at your picture, it seems that the attachment portion is broken off. Can you confirm? I recommend looking at another one of your screens to see how those clips looks.
These clips were used by Patriot windows and were very popular in South Jersey. As far as we know, they never used anything other than the 70-123.
