closet door bottom roller

I've been looking at many sites to try and find a replacement part of this. I suspect it was intend to be used as a top hanger part but is on the bottom of the door and runs in a track on the floor. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hello, I think you should be set with our 23-011 door roller assembly that has a 3/4" wheel and 1/4" offset. Review the measurements to be sure you agree.
