The part you're showing is an older version of the 23-222C top roller guide. Take a look and see if this would make a good fit. As for instructions, we really don't have anything official. They hook in using their little side tabs. To remove them, you need a pair of nose pliers and just sort of wiggle them out. There's no trick to them. You just need to be a little firm and aggressive with them.
