closet door roller/hanger

Please see pictures. 3/4" chamfered nylon roller, 3/16" offset, mounting holes are 1 and 5/8" apart. This is for the "front" door.

Our 23-031 has a 1/8" offset, but otherwise seems very similar. Could you use this as a replacement?
