closet mirror door wheel

Your closet mirror door wheel is part # 23-198

However, see my photo attached:

The flange sticking out just above the 'phillips' screw head on my part is straight:
On your part it is angled up 90 degrees and has a hole in it.

Are the parts interchangeable?
