To further review, are you able to provide a picture of the full pivot assembly where we can see the metal cam that the pivot bar in the window sash engages with?

If you only need a new coil spring, please review the S160-07 that is a 1/2" thick and will provide 7.5 pounds of support based on your original stamp.
