Hello, need to replace coil balance springs on window sash 38 lbs. ?. 36 inches tall. (33" wide). One side had coil failure and the other looks like it is ready to go. I believe each side has three coils and each coil is labeled 6 lbs.
Vinyl windows are about 20 plus years old. Don't know the mfr. Please recommend replace coil system. See pictures provided. One side still functional the has the failure. I intend to replace both sides. Thanks. Carvin
