coil balance

A quick learner from Herndon Virginia says:

Hello, need to replace coil balance springs on window sash 38 lbs. ?. 36 inches tall. (33" wide). One side had coil failure and the other looks like it is ready to go. I believe each side has three coils and each coil is labeled 6 lbs.

Vinyl windows are about 20 plus years old. Don't know the mfr. Please recommend replace coil system. See pictures provided. One side still functional the has the failure. I intend to replace both sides. Thanks. Carvin

Hello! Your old pivot carrier appears to match our 15-087, which is designed to work with the Series 180 coil spring. We also sell the 15-087 secondary carrier if you cannot reuse your originals.
