Hello! Looks like you have the old Simonton coil balance assembly. This is unfortunately no longer made, but the good news is that we sell a selection of parts that can replace it, as long as you don't mind a little handiwork. We have a tutorial video that will explain exactly which parts you need to buy and how they can be adapted for use in the old Simonton window.

Note that if your old springs don't have stamps, then you'll need to get the weight of your sash and divide that by how many springs support it. That will allow you to calculate the proper weight-per-spring.
