I need to replace my coil balance, it would be a series 152. how do I determine the lbs balance to use. Weigh my window and use half that for each balance spring?

I agree, the 15-175 looks like the best match. This is meant to be used with the Series 152 spring. If your sash is 32 pounds, you would just divide that among the number of springs used to support it. For example, if you have four springs (two on each side), you'd divide 32 by 4, giving you 8. That means you want the S152-8. Each of these can carry 8 pounds, so having two on each side would be perfect for your sash weight.
