coil balance id help

Question

need help finding the coil balance from above. two parts, 1) coil balance with swivel - 2 1/2" long, 1 1/4 wide, 1/2 wide. 2) coil box 1 3/4 long x 1 1/4 x 1/2.

Also need the tilt lock mech as abaove.

This Coil Balance Shoe looks like the 15-087, along with the 15-086. This system uses Series 180 Coil Balances. For the tilt latch, see if the 26-266 and 26-267 match what you need.
