Many thanks for writing in. You require the Series 210 Coil Balance systems. You'll need to choose a stamp option. This reflects the strength of the balance system. Look for stamps on the old coil housing that indicate this. If there are none, or you're unsure, weigh the window sash that uses these systems. Give us that weight and we'll work it out for you. 

Perfect, thanks. In this case of a 23 pound sash you would want the S210-12 12 pound system. A pair of these, one for each side of the window sash, will support a window sash in the weight range of 21 through 25 pounds.
