coil balance removal and replacement

My window needs a new coil balance.
But, I cannot seem to be able to remove the sash
and I cannot get the coil out. Ant help
or advice

You mention you need a coil balance, but I see you were looking at our S600-29, which is a spiral balance. Can you confirm which it is you have? If you have the S600-29, watch the video below for instructions on removing it.
