coil balance replacement

Thanks for posting. This looks like our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. If you only have one coil spring on each side of the sash, then you only need the Series 170. To know what spring weight you need, look for stamps on the coil springs. If there are none, or you are uncertain, please weigh your window sash. Give us that exact weight, and we'll endeavor to find what you need. Many thanks.
