Hello! Coil balance assemblies can be tricky to identify since there are so many different components to a given set. The good news is that we can help you; if you can show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe used in your assembly, I feel confident that I can tell you everything else that goes with it and whether or not we sell a good match.

I may ask for additional information to narrow down the possibilities further, but just a picture of the pivot shoe will give me a lot of mileage to start and at least get us in the right direction. Please let me know if that would be possible.

Sure, I'll do my best to help. The first place you want to start is to remove the sash from the frame so that we can get a clear look at the shoe. To do this, raise the sash up a few inches, then tilt it in, as if you were cleaning it. Once it's tilted in you should be able to twist it out.

Once the sash is out, you can just take a picture of the shoe as it looks in the track and I should probably be able to identify it from that alone. However if it's a particularly strange style, I may ask you to remove it entirely. Just something to keep in mind.
