coil balance series 152

Question

I have two broken coil balance for my bathroom window that is 17 X 25 and is 11 pound. I believe it is the 152 serie. all I could read on it is a E ?? does this make sense?

I'm afraid "E" doesn't tell me anything. Can you tell me how many springs are used on each side of the window? We should be able to calculate what strength option you need based on your sash weight of 11 pounds.
