#7 is stamped on the balance spring from the single hung window. The unit is 1 1/2" wide x 2 1/2" high overall (to outside of prongs) x 1/2" deep.
Once identified, we'd like to order 3 pairs.

Is the coil hosing pivot replacement necessary, as can the springs themselves be switched out?

You only need to replace what's broken, so you can certainly reuse the pivot shoe if it's in working order!
