coil balance window parts

I like to know if you have this part, I need both, the white part and the color one with screws.

Hello! The white part resembles our 15-180 coil balance shoe. If that is a match, you should also consider our Series 190 coil spring.

How do I choose the balance 440, 540, 640, 740, etc...

I only see a "5" printed. Which one is that, 540?

Yes, you would match that number up to what is stamped on your spring. If you see "5," I would recommend the S190-540.
