We believe you have a similar style pivot shoe to our 15-191, depending on how the width and thickness below compare to yours. If it's a match, this pivot shoe usually works with our Series 160 coil springs. Your spring looks different, though. Instead of installing in the shoe with tabs, it hooks in that little prong there. I think our 15-191 and S160 could still work; you would just have to replace both the coils and the shoe on both sides. If you decide to give it a try, you'll need to weigh your sash to determine the coil spring strength options you'll need. Thanks for posting!

You can use one S160-09 coil on each side for the 18-pound sash and one S160-07 on each side for the 15-pound sash. We also offer the 15-150S single support for these coil springs. 

These coils are used with the 15-191 pivot shoe mentioned in our first post. The original pivot shoes will most likely be compatible with the new shoes. We would need to see an undamaged pivot bar uninstalled to confirm and identify a possible replacement if needed.
