Please help me identify. The plastic part is broke. Do I just need the plastic? Please advise. Thank you!

Oops...thought I was at a Simonton website...this is a Simonton double hung

No worries, we can still help. The Pivot Shoe resembles our 15-192. Note that the Simonton version of the metal cam is a bit different, so I would swap it out with the one that comes with our new shoe to ensure it's compatible with your window's pivot bars. Let me know if you have further questions.
