coil, shoe, bearing and screw replacement

see attached picture. coil is stamped 740 . however cant find the correct shoe. may be due to age. se measurements on the picture. please provide part numbers for all parts shown in picture.

This looks like an older version of our 15-180, which uses the Series 190 coil springs. Compare our dimensions to yours to see if this matches up to your original shoe. If your spring is stamped "740", see the S190-740.
