I need to replace the coil spring balances in my American Craftsman ( Home Depot) windows from 9/2002. I measured the width and best I can read is they are .530" in width. They are 7 pound springs. What would be the best fit balances? Thanks George

Hi there George.
Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this but we'll need more information to determine what you might have. Can you remove the pivot shoe from the window and show us a few photos? We'll do our best to assist from there.

I'm afraid the dimensions of the pivot shoe without photos don't help. We'll need to see photos of the pivot shoe in question to move forward.

Thanks, George. This reminds me of our 15-087 pivot shoe which is used with the Series 180 coil springs (sold separately). If the spring is stamped with the number 7, see the S180-07 7-pound spring.
