I can pull these springs up with my finger. My window doesn't stay up. Does that mean the springs are women out.

Usually if the window is not staying up once it is raised, it means that the coils or balances have worn out. The life span of coil springs/balances are 10-15 years. If it has been within that life span, then that usually means it is time for a replacement. We can help you with that. We ask you remove the parts in question and upload some additional photos for us to see, with measurements. From there, we will search for some possible matches.
