Thanks for writing in. There's a few issues to tackle here. First, your pivot shoe can be replaced by our 15-192--but your shoe is actually for a Simonton window, and the metal cam is a bit different than what the 15-192 has. Because of this, the 15-192's metal cam will not be compatible with your pivot bar. Save the metal cams from your old pivot shoe, and swap them out with the ones that come with the replacements. For a new pivot bar, you need our 26-336.

The 15-192 pivot shoe is compatible with our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The Series 171 is used for the second coil spring, and stacks atop the Series 170. A stamp of '407' suggests that you need at least the S170-407 7 lb coil spring. If you are uncertain what else you need, weigh your window sash.
