I am confident we can help you replace your coil spring system. To get started, you will need to remove the parts out of the window. I am going to place some helpful videos below that shows how this process is done. Once you have removed the pieces out of the windows, upload all the pieces for us to see. The one photo of the part we need to see installed is the pivot bar attached to the window sash. For the pivot shoe, we will need to know the width, height, and thickness. As for the coil spring, there should be some sort of stamping or marking on the spring. If not, we will need to know the exact weight of the sash.

Hey there, I think I can help. I've seen this pivot shoe before. The clue that gave it away were those two little hooks on either side. This isn't made anymore, but I believe you can use our 15-191 as a replacement. This shoe is compatible with our 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring. This has a "T" shaped prong at the end of the tab that fits into the 15-191 shoe, instead of a hole that goes onto a hook like your original. Otherwise, as long as the 15-191 dimensions match, and as long as your old spring is 1/2" thick, then I think these parts will work for you.
