This door handle is from a Cole Sewell Green Full view storm door. The door is 36x80 HG Lf Model #S6500. Handle is HD- 650. The deadbolt is separate. Pictures below show the inside and outside handles. The registration #for the door is 10029896046-0113.
Facing the door from outside the handle is on the right.
Is this hardware available for replacement?
The screws on the outside are 5-1/2 inches apart and the inside screws are 1-3/4 inches apart.
I have not tried to remove them yet.

Thank you! These photos are a huge help. Now, your exact handle set unfortunately isn't made anymore since Cole Sewell went out of business, but we have two options that I'm confident will work for your door. Start by looking at our 40-058. This is a very versatile handle set that many customers have said replaced your old Cole Sewell set. The only downside to this is that the base of the outside handle is obviously a little shorter than the original. If you wanted something a bit larger, see our 40-152. This should work the same way, except the outside handle is a pull type instead of a turn type. Either product should work for you, it's just a matter of personal preference.
