bottom hinge was scrapping so i lifted the door and shimed with washers ,but would like to fix it right not sure the correct hinge .

Thanks for your post! I believe the commercial door pivot you are repairing could be a match for the 79-126 Right 7/64" Recessed Door Offset Pivot. Carefully look over the specifications below to determine if this will work as replacement for the existing pivot.
The left handed version is the 79-125.
