Hello,

Take a look at the 79-126 pivot set, along with the related video. This pivot set is used on Amarlite commercial doors. See if there is a tag or label stating the brand of door. Review the specifications and mounting hole patterns to confirm if this would work for your application. Thanks for posting.

Hello Dave, thank you for your message and recommendation. This part number looks similar to what is on our door. I have not been able to find any tags nor labels on the parts nor door. The mounting holes look similar to the part you are recommending so it looks like that is the one that I need to get.
