concerns about the 81-085

Question

Your item No: 81-085 is very close to the replacement roller(s) I am trying to find for this door. The existing one is 2 3/4" long (not including the mounting tab) x 1 1/4" high x 7/16" thick. My concern is this door is VERY HEAVY and has a steel wheel with ball bearings. do you have a replacement wheel assembly that better matches the old one?

Thanks for writing in. You could replace the nylon wheels in the 81-085 with our 81-224 Steel 1-1/4" Wheel, via our 81-310 Roller Axle Repair kit. See the video below.
