condensation on the living side of glass

could the wool pile stripping have lost its sealing ability
only just started happening two winters ago, windows are double pane thermal and about 35 years old

Is the condensation between the glass? If so, the glass has gone bad. I'm afraid there's no fixing this. You will need to call a local glass shop and have them replace it. However, if the condensation is just gathering on the frame near the jamb, then changing the wool pile weather stripping will help reduce it.
