i purchased 20 windowa from home depot appox. two years ago size are 30x60 inches and the balanse are starting on some of the windows to fail..can you helo me please?

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
