couldn't find any manufacturers info but at bottom of spring on plastic guide found patent "4*610*108" . This is the plastic guide where the sash attaches to with pins. Can you help me?

It looks like you could have our 15-111 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 160 coil springs, but you'll need to remove your hardware from the window to confirm this matches up to our specifications.
