corner brackets are loose

I recently ordered a set of replacement corner brackets and wheels (95-227) for my patio screen door. Are the brackets supposed to be loose? I can easily insert and remove them by hand, and the joints are not tight. Just wondering if I need to wedge something in there to tighten them up, or whether that is normal.

I'm wondering if you ordered the wrong corners keys. For a quick fix instead of shims use some masking or duct tape to make the corner key thicker. Maybe that will do the trick.

They are the same size as the originals, and the originals were somewhat loose too.
I put a two screws into each corner bracket, one from each outside edge, and the frame is now tight and rolls very smoothly.
