corner key for window screen

Handy Person from Mill Creek, wa
corner key. 7/16" thick, by 3/4" square (the exposed corner when installed). Marked Les Produits Duvernay Ltee. Windows are Alpine, so assume they are original equipment when house was built in 1997. The aluminum rails and stiles merely say "Made in North America".

Thanks for posting. You might want to look at our 95-229, this looks like it might be a good place to start. You could also consider our 95-052.

I ordered 95-229, but it is too big in one dimension. The original corner is 7/16" tall where it slides into the rail, and 9/16" where it slides into the "keyway' of the rail. The 95-229 is 1/2" where it slides into the rail, and 9/16" at the keyway. Both are 3/8" thick.
any suggestions?

Unfortunately, the 95-229 is the closest possible match that we have. You see, Bayform, who makes your corner, has gone out of business. If you want, you can try to file down the corner. That may be the best you can do. Otherwise, it may be time for a new screen.
