Height for the 95-018 corner key?

A handy person from Nags Head says:

Is there a height for this corner key...I would like to use it for a 7/16 x 1" screen frame.
The height in the description looks like it is 7/16" and the 3/8 would be for the 7/16 width?

Correct, the leg on the 95-018 is 7/16" tall x 3/8" thick.
