The pivot I am looking for is a corner mounted pivot with dimensions that match your part 26-407 but the end matches part 26-164.
It fits pivot shoe 15-105.

Hello!

It looks like you have an old, discontinued Harvey pivot. We carry their newer style, the 26-164 and 26-416. If those aren't good matches for you, see if you can use our 26-407 as a substitute.

The 26-407 seems like the closest match, however the pivot pin appears to be centered not slightly offset like my photo which would indicate the need for left and right handed pivots.
