Question

Because the one good pivot bar is fastened by rivets, we decided not to remove it. The opposite side, it appears, never had a pivot bar in the first place, so the window has never functioned fully since its installation in 2003 by THE WINDOW PROs. The paperwork states that the window series is T-2000.

I took 10 pictures in all but could send only 5.

Thanks for the detailed photos. We offer our 26-407 pivot bar. It is a corner pivot bar that does not include the horns at the end of the pin. However, it should still work in your pivot shoe. Take a look and get back to us with some thoughts.
