corner tilt window latch

The latch says part 6131; in my house I have both black and white. There are only a limited number of black ones so I'm guessing they were replacement parts. I've searched all over the internet and can't find any parts that look the same. I'm not sure as to the brand of my windows as they are builder grade and approximately 25 years old. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
