correct Channel Balance

Question

My existing channel balance matches the series 770.  My question is the overall length of the channel balance is 27 inches.  On my existing channel balance its stamped with 26C.  Which one do I order?

First, make sure you're only measuring the metal channel. Do not include the clip at the bottom of the balance. If you still get 27", then you may have the incorrect stamp on your balance. Weigh the sash and compare it to the chart of options and weights we have listed under the S770-27 in order to determine the correct option.
