correct channel balance

Question

I have removed the failed balance from my mother"s window. It measures 29" x 1/2".

I have selected your product code S351-29 as the replacement balance(s). How can I be sure this is the right choice?

There are no visible stamping on the old balance channel.

The way to tell is that the Series 351 balance has 19-002 and 15-002 attachments. If those are your attachments, that is your balance. Then, you'd just weigh the window sash and compare to the chart in the product description to finish ordering.
