correct thickness?

A home owner from new york says:
Do you know the correct part for pivot shoe I need? It is 1 1/4 wide and more than 0.5 inch thick, 17/32 or 9/16??
From the photo, The shoe I have is with center tooth, Can I use the shoe without center tooth? Is your shoe compatiable with other brand of spiral balance? also how can I tell that I need to replace the spiral balance?
thanks for the information

Hello,

Base on your pictures, your pivot shoe is our 15-121 and is used with S600 spiral balances. You can use the center or side cut out to lock in the spiral balance. We also recommend the 75-006 charging tool to attach the spiral to the pivot shoe. Review our media guides for more help. Thank you!
