need to replace a few of these counter balances. Hope the part 28.3 BO CALDWELL is replaceable.

Hello! The stamp isn't technically a product code, it just indicates the calibration of the spring. Fortunately, your photos show me all the important details. I believe you can use our S390-29 as a replacement. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up to your nylon fittings then it should work well.
