I have a crack in my Casement operator cover. I can't figure out how to get the handle off.

Check to see if there is a set screw securing the handle to the operator spline. If so, you'll need to loosen it to remove it. If there is no set screw, then the handle is force-fit. That means it should just pop off. Once the handle is off, you should be able to also pop the cover off. The cover itself closely resembles our 39-323.
