cracked glazing around windows

Question

All of the windows in our house have cracked gazing on the bottom of the windows. The glazing is very brittle and when we try to remove it is take a picture the glazing just breaks off. It actually just breaks when touched.

The windows are Gapco 2092 double hung windows - 25 years old.

Please advise of which parts to order

Hey, Tom. I can't really make out what glazing you have based on your picture. Some Gapco windows have been known to use our 55-161, but that's no guarantee. You will need to remove a small undamaged sample and compare its profile to our 55-161 to confirm they match.
