crank arm won't fit

I recently ordered the Swisco 39-188, but my window won't close.
Here you see the 39-188 against my old operator. What can I do?

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear the 39-188 didn't work. Based on this picture, I think you should have gotten the 39-090 instead. The shape of the gear arm is closer to your original.
